RDM Consulting and Recruiting Services LLC was founded in 2015 by Becky McDonald, with a simple belief: recruiting could be more personal and more innovative. After beginning her career in HR and later teaching — a path she chose to sharpen her communication skills — Becky found her focus in a specialized corner of human resources: recruiting. That focus became the foundation of RDM.
Becky continues to oversee the firm's vision while working as an internal recruiter in her own career. Her husband, Jamie McDonald, joined RDM in 2024 as President after nearly 28 years in Human Resources, where he rose to Vice President. Together, they've built a firm that treats every client relationship the way they'd want to be treated themselves.

Recruitment CoordinatorJoined the family business in 2025 after completing his graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame. Oversees a majority of RDM's hiring efforts and leads the company's website design and web presence — including building and maintaining this site as part of RDM's website design services.
